How MailBIT Asia Pacific Co., Ltd handles information in the HeyPop app. Using HeyPop means you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Your phone number — to check message delivery quality.
Basic usage data — how and when features are used.

How we use it

To send occasional test messages to your number.
To understand usage and improve the app.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with your permission, or when the law requires it.

Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards and keep data only as long as needed for the above. No system is ever 100% secure.

Delete your account

You can delete your account any time — in the app (⋮ menu → Delete account), or by emailing app@heypop.app from your registered number.

This removes your registration from our servers and erases HeyPop's data on your device. Deletion is permanent. Uninstalling also stops all collection.
